Regional rail stations — connect the city to the wider region by rail. Each needs a road/transit link nearby.
↻ Rotate (R)
Connect to wider region. Harbor needs water; all need a road nearby.

City-wide pools — no wires/pipes. Power undersupply causes brownouts; water/sewage undersupply slows growth & happiness. Hydro & pumps need water; coal, gas & sewage pollute.

CityZoningOut
Plan a city from raw terrain — roads, zoning, transit, and a working economy.
How to play
Pick a category from the left rail — a panel flies out with its tools.
Lay Roads first (drag to draw), then Zone residential / commercial / industrial beside them.
Add Civic services, then Transit: lay metro rail (drag), drop stations on rail and bus stops on roads, then make a line through them. Click a line in the list to edit it (append/remove stops, reverse, rename). Add Regional hubs — press R to rotate before placing.
Watch Happiness, Traffic and the Budget; open City for demographics & trends.
Use the speed controls (top-right) to run or pause time. Every $1 = $100K USD.
